The Cinemasterclass is a unique opportunity for (recently graduated) students and professional actors from Belgium and the Netherlands to work with national and international casting directors. Participants are given the chance to take their skills to the next level in an inspiring and professional environment.
The 2026 edition takes place from Tuesday 3 to Wednesday 4 February at De Grote Post.
The 2026 edition consists of two tracks: Casting Campus and From Local to Global, in collaboration with the Casting Society of America (CSA).
Casting Campus
Casting Campus is aimed at (recently graduated) students. National casting directors engage with them and offer clear insight into the entire casting process.
International casting directors in attendance: Cassandra Han (The Weight, She Said Maybe, The German), Yngvill Kolset Haga (Sentimental Value, The Worst Person in the World) and Paulina Krajnik.
Casting Campus takes place on Tuesday 3 February at De Grote Post.
Local to Global
From Local to Global is designed for professional actors from Belgium and the Netherlands who already have a strong local foundation and wish to increase their international visibility. From Local to Global takes place on Wednesday 4 February at De Grote Post.
How to participate?
Both programmes are completely free of charge and operate through a selection process.
