When does the festival take place?

Ostend Film Festival 2024 will take place from 26 January to 3 February 2024.  

When will the completed programme be online?

Full programming will be announced in de month before the festival. 

When does the ticket sale start?

The ticket sale will start in december.

Are the seats numbered?

No, the seats are not numbered. If you want to be sure of a suitable seat for you, be sure to arrive on time!

What’s the deadline to buy a festival pass?

You can buy a festival pass before or during the festival.

Do I qualify for a reduced rate?

The reduced rate is intended for people under the age of 26 and people over 60.

I’m a filmmaker. How do I send in my film?

The materials for all submissions (online application form and screener) should be delivered by 1 November.

How do I become a volunteer?

Each year we are looking for volunteers for different positions: reception, drivers, editorial staff. You can apply via an online application form.

I can’t be present, can I get my money back?

Tickets will not be paid back, except when a screening is canceled.
