BOHO

The feelgood Streamz Original-series ‘BOHO’ tells a story about the friendship between Kima, Nawal, and Alex, three thirty-somethings from Antwerp’s Borgerhout. Kima is a dreamer with a passion for dance, but her dreams constantly clash with her critical mother. Fortunately, she has her sister Nawal and a friend, Alex, to help her chase her dreams, fun, and what she really wants.

Borgerhout is known for his rich mix of traditions and cultures. The neighborhood serves not only as the colorful backdrop but also the defining factor in this series. The leading roles are for Serine Ayari ('Exen', 'Holy Rosita'), actress Ikram Aoulad ('Arcadia', 'Geldwolven'), and hiphop artiste Miss Angel, who makes her acting debut The series was created by Abbie Boutkabout, who wrote the screenplay, and directed by Olympia Allaert.
