The day begins with an inspiring keynote exploring the role of music in film and audiovisual storytelling. This is followed by a focused session covering everything from sync and production music to budgeting, financing, and rights management. At lunchtime, the Score Stories sessions take centre stage. Production houses share how they make musical choices in real projects, using practical examples to illustrate their approach. After that, participants can split into two tracks:

• The user track is aimed at producers, production assistants, and other professionals working with music. Experts provide practical guidance on music clearances, tools for tracking rights holders, and efficient management from request to cue sheet.
• The creators track is designed for composers and artists, focusing on how to successfully place music in audiovisual projects. Sessions cover practical tips, presenting your repertoire, boosting sync opportunities, and collaborating professionally and legally with producers.

Speakers include CTM, Sonhouse, Johnnydepony, De Wereldvrede, and Sony, with more names to be announced in January.

The day finishes with a unique networking opportunity: composers and filmmakers meet in speed-dates to exchange ideas and kickstart collaborations.
