Jury

Gilles Coulier

Gilles Coulier is a director, screenwriter and producer. He directed the film 'Cargo', for which he won the Jo Röpcke Award in 2017, and series such as 'Bevergem' and the international 'War of the Worlds'. Besides being the director of 'Bevergem', he was also the producer. He did this from De Wereldvrede, the production company he founded together with Gilles De Schryver. This year, Coulier will take on the role of chairman of the LOOK! jury.

Ikram Aoulad

Actress Ikram Aoulad started her acting career in theatre. Over the years, she has built an impressive body of work, delivering strong performances in series such as 'Over water', 'Arcadia' and 'Black-out', as well as in films like 'Het Tweede Gelaat' and  'De Behandeling'. More recently, she appeared in 'Juliet', the VRT series that premiered at FFO two years ago. This year, she returns not only as a jury member, but also as one of the lead actors in the new Streamz Original series 'BOHO'.

Charlotte Willems

Charlotte Willems is the costume designer behind countless outfits and costumes in a wide range of Flemish productions. Her work includes 'Mr. K', which was screened at FFO last year, as well as the more recent 'This Is Not a Murder Mystery'. Willems has also made her mark beyond Belgium’s borders, designing costumes for international productions such as '55 Steps', in which she dressed Helena Bonham Carter and Hilary Swank.

Ena Sendijarević

Ena Sendijarević is a Bosnian-Dutch director and screenwriter. She graduated from the Amsterdam Film Academy in 2014. Her short film 'Import' premiered at Cannes, and her feature debut 'Take Me Somewhere Nice' received numerous awards. With her latest film 'Sweet Dreams', a satire on Dutch colonial history, she opened the Netherlands Film Festival and went on to win no fewer than six Gouden Kalveren.
